mg89 Frequently Asked Questions

After a withdrawal request is approved on mg89, you will normally receive your funds within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals via KBZPay and Wave Money are faster, which is why most players prefer those methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks.

For security reasons, withdrawals can only be sent to your own KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank account registered on your account. Transferring funds to someone else's wallet is not permitted, as it does not comply with our financial protection policy.

Once you receive the welcome bonus, you must complete 10x wagering on the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive 20,000 Ks as a bonus, making your balance 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus. Your own deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time.

mg89's payment system operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so whether it's late at night or a public holiday, transactions are processed as normal within 10–45 minutes. However, please note that bank transfers linked to bank operations may take a little longer depending on the bank's processing hours.

If your withdrawal has been in a pending status for more than 45 minutes, contact our support team through Live Chat on the website. Have your withdrawal code and amount ready — we will check it for you right away. Support is available 24 hours a day, so you can reach us at any time.

3D lottery is a lottery format based on official draws in Myanmar. Results are tied to the official announcement and updated quickly on mg89's game calendar. We do not offer any service that predicts lucky numbers or forecasts results in advance — we simply provide the game to play.

The mg89 platform can be accessed from any Android or iOS phone through a mobile browser. No app download is required — just open the website and play games directly. Most players find that landscape mode gives a better experience.

In the 2D game, you pick a two-digit number from 00 to 99, and after the draw is announced, it is checked whether your number matches the result. mg89 does not offer any service that predicts what numbers will come out — players decide for themselves. Please keep in mind that the lottery is a game of chance.

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game where each player holds 3 cards and the player with the highest total wins. At mg89 you can play in both Live Dealer format and RNG format, so you can choose whichever style you prefer. To enter the game, you first need to sign in with your mg89 Login.

VIP level progression is based on a player's consistent play and loyalty. By playing regularly and maintaining steady wagering, you can gradually move from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold. Your overall activity is the key factor in the decision, and VIP offers are sent directly to your account inbox 24 hours a day.

mg89 VIP has three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). Cashback is calculated on valid wagers and credited to your wallet once a week.

In addition to cashback, VIP players enjoy faster withdrawals, priority Live Chat support, direct contact from a dedicated VIP manager, and — once you reach Gold tier — early access to exclusive promotions.

Cashback is calculated based on a player's valid net losses for the week, at a percentage rate depending on your VIP tier. At the end of each week, the cashback is credited to your wallet on Monday morning MMT, ready for you to use. Please read the terms carefully regarding the wagering requirement that applies to cashback funds.

First, change your password immediately, then contact us via Live Chat or email [email protected]. Our support team is available 24 hours a day and will review your account log. Before anything else, stop any pending withdrawals or transfers right away.

OTP (One-Time Password) is the secret code that confirms access to your wallet or login. Anyone who gets this code can immediately withdraw your funds. mg89 staff — whether support or admin — will never ask for your OTP. Any "staff" member who asks for it is a scammer, so please stay alert.

When two-step verification is turned on, you must complete a second step after entering your password — by entering the OTP code sent to your registered number to fully confirm your login. This means even if your password is leaked, it is very hard for someone else to get in. Please turn on this feature right away when you open your account.
